The shipping fee will be $40.00 USD for all orders under $300.00 USD and we will not charge any delivery fee for orders over $300.00 USD.

 

All the orders that we receive are shipped via regular international mail i.e. USPS, EMS and Royal Mail etc. You will receive and automated e-mail once your order is shipped. As soon as the shipper will provide us with the tracking number they will be forwarded to the customer by an e-mail. The shipping of our products to your doorstep is guaranteed from the moment you pay for your order. We usually dispatch the orders as soon as the payment is confirmed, if there is some delays due to any reason than the dispatch time will be no more than 72 hours.

Normal delivery time for the European countries is 12 business days. For countries outside Europe the shipping time is 22 business days. We consider Monday to Friday as legal holidays. The guaranteed shipping time starts from the time when we have dispatched your order and you receive the confirmation e-mail. The status of your order during this time will be changed to “Shipped”.

 

EMS Express Shipping (On Demand)

We offer Express Shipping through EMS. The charges for EMS Express Shipping for orders that are below $700 USD will be $85 USD. If your order is above $700 USD than we will offer free EMS Express Shipping.

 

The Delivery Time for EMS Express Shipping will be 14-28 business days. We would require a valid phone number and signature for delivery.

 

If orders being shipped through normal shipping method are confiscated by the customs department than we would offer a re-shipment but the customer will have to bear the shipment charges in this case. If an order being shipped through EMS is seized by the customs department than we are not liable for the losses and we would not offer re-shipment for the order.

 

There are some problems that are beyond our control like extreme weather conditions, strikes and many other that cannot be averted by us. We are not liable under any circumstances for delays caused by such unexpected events.

 

If somehow the product does not get delivered to you due to our mistake than we will offer you a re-shipment of the same order free of charge. Please notify as soon as possible regarding any problem with your order so that we could resolve it as soon as possible.

 

If the product that you received has surpassed its expiration date or was damaged during the shipping we will offer re-shipment. For this the customer will need to provide images of the product so that our team could analyses and re-ship the product if required.
