How To Order

Step 1 - Choose the Product

Once on our website the first thing that you need to is check that do we have what you wish to order. You can do this by browsing through our catalog. In this step you can also choose the currency in which you want to buy.

 

Step 2 - Add to cart

Once you have made your final decision about the product that you wish to purchase you need to click add to cart. In the cart you can easily modify the quantity of the product/products that you are purchasing or remove undesired products. Once everything in the cart is properly checked and modified as per requirement you need to click Secure Checkout.

 

Step 2 - The Login/Sign up Page

After clicking the Secure Checkout a you will see a Signup Page. On this page you will need to provide us with the necessary information such as shipping and billing information. Once entered you can proceed to the next step.

 

Step 3 - Shipping and Payment

In this step you will need to select the Shipping method that suites you the best.

You have the option of selecting standard shipping which is available all over the world including Europe or you could also opt for Express Delivery Service which is only available in the European Union (you can view further details on shipping policy page).

You also need to choose a payment method in this step. You can also review and edit personal details if required.

Please make sure that you have provided the correct Phone Number for Express Shipping. You can also add personal note or comment regarding the order if necessary.

Don’t forget to read and agree with the mentioned policies before proceeding.

Once completed click the confirm button.

 

Step 4 - The payment

In this step you will be required to make the payment for the items that you added to the cart in the prior steps. You will make the payment as you desire. Once the payment has been completed please send us an e-mail with payment confirmation and necessary details. When we receive your payment and start processing your order we will send you and e-mail to keep you informed.

 

Step 5 - Dispatching

Once the payment has been processed and received we will dispatch your order straight away. After this we will update your order status and an e-mail will be sent regarding the shipping and tracking details so that you can monitor your shipment until it’s delivered to you.

Please note that all shipments are not traceable. Majority of shipments cannot be traced right away it might take some time before you are able to track your shipment. Shipments are usually traceable only once they have been cleared by the countries customs department.

If somehow your shipment has not arrived during the provided delivery times, then you should contact us so that we could trace the order and reship if required.

 

Step 6 - Successfully Delivered
